The diverse and successful German designer calls her design philosophy Cross-Design. She believes that architecture can become fashion and jewellery architecture - or a door handle. For the Blaustein door handle manufacturer GRIFFWERK, she designed an exclusive collection of door handles with matching glass doors.

Polished facets and vibrant play of lights in stainless steel

Crystals are a source of inspiration of the collection. Diagonally placed facets polished to a high gloss are a refined accent on the door handle collection Vision. They give the drafts a distinictive as well as timelessly feminine appearance and specifically change the light effect."

The fascination of gems and crystals is due to their unique play with light," says the successful German designer, adding: "In the end, design is the very deliberate control of light." This refers to room architecture as a whole, but also to the details of architecture, such as a door handle. The designer calls it an "ornament of architecture".

Glass doors in the design concept

Fine, diagonal line patterns in the glass correspond to the stainless steel facets of the door handles. The designs are individual but carefully coordinated with each other. A unique concept on the market so far, it could be implemented in cooperation with GRIFFWERK. Instead of the usual commercial float glass with a green tinge, the collection used high-quality light-clear white glass PURE WHITE by GRIFFWERK.
